    摘要:

    用2, 4-D与萘乙酸两种生长素的各4种浓度诱导大豆未成熟子叶胚胎发生。结果表明, 两种生长素均可诱导胚胎发生, 并且胚胎发生率和平均胚数在两种生长素间无显著差异;品种在平均胚数上存在差异。高浓度的2, 4-D诱导胚胎发生效果好于低浓度, 诱导率达41.23%。同时, 观察到诱导大豆未成熟子叶胚胎发生时, 开始第一周高浓度的2, 4-D对胚胎发生有更重要的作用。

    Abstract:

    Embryogenesis were induced under 4 concentrations of 2, 4-D and NAA in immature cotyledon of soybean. The results showed that embryogenesis in soybean could be induced with, 2, 4-D and NAA. The difference of frequency of embroygenesis and means of embryo was not significant between 2, 4-D and NAA. The means of embryo was different among soybean varieties. The effect of higher concentration 2, 4-D to induce embryogenesis was better than lower one. The frequency of embryogenesis under 20 mg/L 2, 4-D was 41.23%. The high concentration 2, 4-D used in the first week of culture was very important when embryogenesis were induced in immature cotyledon of soybean.
