This article reported the high yield group’s growing laws of height of plant, stems of hole, leaf ages and growing quantity of mix-space-transplanting of rice （50.0+30.0+30.0）cm×（20.0 cm, 13.3 cm, 20.0 cm）or（40.0+30.0+30.0）cm×20.0 or （50.0+30.0+30.0+30.0）cm×20.0 cm intersect transplanting by using three rice varieties of Tong 88-7, Tongxi 3 and Luaoxiang. And it also reported the high yield components of mix-space-transplanting of rice.
