The spore germination of sunflower downy mildew was various in the different factors of temperature,moisture,water quality,hydrogen in concentration and time,the best temperature for spore to germination is 18~20℃,moisture of 100%,sucrose of 1% and pH 6,it could germinated only 9 hours in 17℃
