稻米胶稠度、碱消值与籼粳分化度的QTL及其相互关系的研究

    用Asominori/IR24重组自交系(RIL)为材料,对控制稻米胶稠度、碱消值和籼粳分化度的QTL进行了分析。检测出4个控制胶稠度的QTL(Ge1~Ge4),分别位于第2、7和9染色体上,贡献率分别为16.9%、13.2%、14.0%和11.3%;2个控制碱消值的QTL(As1和As2),分别位于第5和4染色体上,贡献率分别为17.5%和13.0%;同时检测到了5个控制籼粳分化度的QTL(Ij1~Ij5),分别位于第1、2和11染色体上,贡献率分别为21.9%、21.4%、13.4%、25.0%和14.5%。研究认为,胶稠度是由主效基因和微效基因共同决定的,碱消值是由1~2个主基因和若干微效基因控制的,两个蒸煮品质性状均为数量遗传性状。籼粳分化度与胶稠度、碱消值之间呈密切连锁关系。

    Abstract:

    QTLs (Quantitative trait loci)affecting content of gel consistency,alkali spreading value and indica-japonica differentiation were analyzed using a recombinant inbred(RI )lines derived from a cross of Asominori×IR 24 by single marker analysis and interval mapping.Four QTLs (Ge1~Ge4)for gel consistency were detected and mapped on chromosome 2?7?9in this population.Variances explained by the QTLs were 16.9%、13.2%、14.0%、11.3%respectively.Two QTLs (As1~As2)for Alkali spreading value were detected and mapped on chromosome 5?4in this population.Variances explained by the QTLs were 17.5%、13.0% respectively. Five QTLs (Ij1~Ij5)for indicajaponica differentiation were detected on chromosome 1、2、11 and variances explained by Ij1~Ij5 was 21.9%、21.4%、13.4%、25.0%、14.5% respectively.It was showed that there was significant correlation between gel consistency,alkali spreading value and indica-japonica differentiation.
