    摘要:

    采用科学安全的综合饲养配套技术,对PIC配套系猪、杜长大三元杂交猪和培育品种松辽黑猪进行了生长肥育性能和胴体肉品质测定。结果表明,肥育期穴25~90kg雪PIC日增重为770.5g,料重比2.78;杜长大相应为765.0g和2.80;松辽黑猪分别为724.4g和3.12,差异不显著穴P>0.05雪。胴体品质及肉质PIC瘦肉率为64.4%,眼肌面积34.3cm2,肉色3.0,失水率16.9%,嫩度剪切力3.06kg,肌内脂肪含量2.92%;杜长大分别为60.7%、33.2cm2、3.0、16.7%、3.34kg和3.02%;松辽黑猪分别为56.2%、30.3cm2、3.5、13.7%、1.84kg和3.16%。PIC胴体瘦肉率显著高于松辽黑猪穴P<0.01雪,但肉质各项指标松辽黑猪则最好。

    Abstract:

    The growth and carcass quality of high-quality safe meat pig of Duroc× Landrace ×Big White and bred variety Songliaohei pig we raised with integrated scientific and safe method were tested. Results are as follows: during fat rear stage, the weight of PIC increased 770.5 g, feed conversion rate was 2.78∶1; while those of crossbred pig of Landrace×Big White was 765 g and 2.8∶1; Songliaohei pig was 724.4 g and 3.12∶1. The difference is not significantly according to statistic analysis. As to the carcass quality, meatiness ratio of PIC was 64.4%; eye muscle area was 34.3 cm2; flesh color index was 3.0; water loss ratio was 16.9; shear value was 3.06 kg; intramuscular fat content was 2.92%. Those of crossbred pig were 60.7%, 33.2 cm2, 3.0, 16.7%, 3.34 kg and 3.02%. while those of Songliaohei pig were 56.2%, 30.3 cm2, 3.5, 13.7%, 1.84 and 3.16%. Meatiness ratio of PIC was significant higher than that of Songliaohei pig, but meat quality of Songliaohei was much better in each index.
