Aphids（Aphids glycine Matsumura） resistance of three wild soybean germplasm materials, 85-32, 85-39, 85-1, were repetitive identified in conditioner chamber. The results indicated that 85-32 was resistant to the soybean aphids, but the aphid resistant ability of 85-39 and 85-1 was similar to that of cultivated soybean（Jilin No.35） and no significant difference was found. The results presented in the paper make it possible to select the proper materials in aphid-resistant breeding and genetic study of soybean.
