The serial rice varieties of Liaojing,bred by Institute of Rice Research,Liaoning Academy of Agricultural Sciences,have excellent traits of high yield,good quality,disease resistant,etc.17 varieties of Liaojing rice varieties which were widely applied were selected and their yield factors analyzed in the paper.The results showed that among all yield factors,the number of ripen grains per panicle has the greatest plasticity,while the weight of 1 000 grains has the least.To the big panicle varieties of Liaojing rice,grain number per panicle has great correlative coefficient with yield,and higher biomass production substantial foundation of higher yield.To the multi-panicle varieties,however,both panicle number and grain number per panicle have great correlative coefficient with yield.Among all the factors related to yield,the number of spikelet per panicle plays the most important role,while other factors take effect by changes of it.
