    摘要:

    对生长在同一生态条件下的中国沙棘、俄罗斯大果沙棘和蒙古大果沙棘品种雌雄株性别进行了RAPD鉴定。结果表明,只用一个引物即可将三亚种沙棘中的任何一种雌雄株区分开,如用B07、A11、D03和E03引物之一即可将中国沙棘雌雄株区分开;用B06、A11和D07引物之一即可将蒙古沙棘雌雄株区分开;用A13、E04和E07引物之一即可将俄罗斯沙棘区分开;A13、E14、B06、B07、B10、A11、D07、E03和E15引物中任何一个,均可将中国沙棘、俄罗斯沙棘和蒙古沙棘区分开,但不能同时区分开雌雄株。只用2个引物,如A11+A13或A11+E04或A11+E07即可将3种沙棘及其雌雄株同时分开。从亲缘关系上看,俄罗斯沙棘和蒙古沙棘有许多相同谱带,说明二者在亲缘关系上较近。

    Abstract:

    Three sea buckthorn from China,Russia and Mongolia and their female and male plant were distinguished by RAPD.The results showed that female and male plant of any subspecies could be identified by one primer.For example,anyone of primer B07,A11,D03 and E03 could identify female and male plant of China sea buckthorn.Anyone of primer B06,A11 and D07 could identify female and male plant of Mongolia sea buckthorn.Anyone of primer A13,E04 and E07 could identify female and male plant of Russia sea buckthorn.Anyone of primer A13,E14,B06,B07,B10,A11,D07,E03 and E15 could identify three sea buckthorn subspecies but could not identify the sex at the same time.Using two primers,for example,A11+A13,A11+E04 or A11+E07 could identify the sex and subspecies at the same time.Genetic relationship between Russia and Mongolia sea buckthorn was rather closely because they have many same band patterns.
