摘要:
“粗纤维代谢率”一词在1995年初次被使用,10余年来在中文文献中尚有一定数量引用。笔者根据家禽对粗纤维的消化及利用特点分析认为该提法不准确。家禽常规代谢试验所测得的关于粗纤维营养价值的描述指标应当是粗纤维真消化率。
Abstract:
The word metabolizability of crude fiber was used in 1995 at the first time,and it has been cited largely for more than ten years.The author thinks that this parlance is wrong because we can get true digestibility of crude fiber but metabolizability in poultry metabolic experiment.
