In recent years,great progress was achieved in the fertilizer research field.Prominent achievements were gained especially on the following aspects such as the development of slow and controlled release fertilizer,the research on genetic characteristic of plant nutrition,the establishment of new fertilization theory and the use of fertilization information technology.
