The PCR primer and TaqMan fluorescence probe was designed according to the sequences of endogenous Zein gene and exogenous cryIAb gene,and a real-time fluorescent PCR method was performed for detection of the genetically modified Bt176 maize trains. The results showed that the real-time fluorescent PCR method was more convenient and quickly,less contamination than common PCR. The new method for detection of genetically modified organism was established.
