In recent years,maize yield was decreased by leaves early ageing and kernels abortion,which were caused by factors of heredity,moisture,temperature,illumination and plant density.The measures of decreasing the kernels abortion are selecting good maize variety,proper density,rational fertilization,timely irrigation and drain flooded field,all of these lead to a high and stable yield of maize.
