    通过室内盆栽转Epsps基因大豆RR47、受体大豆SW47和对照大豆吉育84,分别对其进行常规除草剂乙草胺、精禾草克与咪草烟混用和目标除草剂草甘膦的不同水平处理。结果表明:①对常规除草剂转基因大豆RR47和受体大豆SW47之间耐性基本相同,而转基因大豆RR47和受体大豆SW47比对照大豆吉育84对常规除草剂的耐性弱。表明不同大豆品对常规除草剂的耐性存在差异,与抗草甘膦基因的转入无关。②对目标除草剂草甘膦转基因大豆RR47的耐性极高,具有垂直抗性。受体大豆SW47和对照大豆吉育84对目标除草剂草甘膦无耐性。表明转基因大豆RR47与非转基因大豆SW47和吉育84有本质的区别,可以通过转基因技术获得新的性状。

    Abstract:

    Roundup-ready soybean line ‘RR-47’,its receptor ‘SW47’,and a soybean variety ‘Jiyu 84’ were used in this experiment.Two conventional herbicides acetochlor,quizalofop-p-ethyl,Imazethapyr mix-ture and glyphosate were applied with three different levels of treatment.The results showed that: ① For the treatments applied conventional herbicides,‘RR-47’and its receptor ’Jiyu 47’ performed similarly,and showed less tolerance than that of ‘Jiyu 84’.It indicated the tolerance to conventional soybean herbicides var-ied in varieties,and the introduction of glyphosate resistance gene had no influence on the tolerance to conven-tional soybean herbicides.② For the treatments applied glyphosate,the Roundup-Ready soybean line‘RR-47’ showed high level of tolerance,while its receptor ‘Jiyu 47’,and soybean variety ‘Jiyu 84’were not resistant to glyphosate.This demonstrated that Roundup-Ready soybean and non-transgenic soybeans are essentially dif-ferent in terms of tolerance to glyphosate for the introduction of glyphosate resistance gene to soybean.
