摘要:
由于在农田中无法直接测量植物水分利用效率,本文通过介绍13C同位素判别技术的原理及其测定方法,以及利用13C/12C技术测定植物生理水分利用率的原理,评述了碳的稳定同位素的判别技术在研究植物长期的水分利用效率(Season-long water use efficiency,缩写为WUEsl)的可能性以及在其他方面的应用。
Abstract:
There was not method to measure plant water use efficiency directly in the field.Principle and method of carbon isotope discrimination,and principle on determination of plant season-long water use efficiency(WUEsl) by stable carbon isotope ratio were introduced in the paper.Application on exploring plant WUEsl and other character by method of carbon isotope discrimination was evaluated.
