    摘要:

    对黑龙江、吉林、辽宁和内蒙古4省近10年来通过审定的183个大豆品种的油脂含量、蛋白质含量及蛋脂总量进行了分析评价。结果表明,东北地区大豆品种的油脂平均含量为20.61%,蛋白质平均含量为41.54%,蛋脂总量平均值为62.16%。油脂含量以黑龙江和吉林较高,但省份间差别不大,黑龙江和吉林高油品种所占比例较大。内蒙古和辽宁的大豆品种蛋白质含量高于吉林和黑龙江,且高蛋白品种所占比例也较大,蛋脂总量也表现出相同的趋势。

    Abstract:

    The oil content,protein content and total protein-oil content of 183 soybean varieties was analyzed,which was through validation over the past 10 years in Heilongjiang province,Jilin province,Liaoning province and Inner Mongolia.The results showed that the oil content was 20.61%,and protein content 41.54%,total protein-oil content 62.16% on average of these soybean varieties.Oil content of varieties released in Heilongjiang province and Jilin province was higher than in Inner Mongolia and Liaoning province,but little difference among provinces was observed.The proportion of high-oil varieties was more in Heilongjiang province and Jilin province.The protein content of soybean varieties released in Inner Mongolia and Liaoning province was higher than in Jilin province and Heilongjiang province,and the proportion of high-protein varieties was larger in Inner Mongolia and Liaoning province.Total protein-oil content showed also the same trend.
