The definition,standard and production technique of organic rice were described in the paper.Based on characters of rice cultivation in Jilin province,growing techniques of organic rice in this area were summed up and integrated.The purpose of this paper was to improve the production level and enlarge plantation area of organic rice,and then boost the comparative benefits of organic rice.
