Residues of imidacloprid in corn and soil were determined by HPLC.The results showed that collecting rates of 70% imidacloprid seed dressing agent in soil,corn plants and seed were 89.9-97.9%,93.5-100.9% and 90.3-94.9%.This method is simple,rapid,reproducible and accurate.
