Problems resulting in pollution in the GMO detection lab were discussed in the paper.By analysis of environmental conditions in the lab,the staffs ’abilities and the using of instruments and standard controls,we determined the causes of occurrence,the technology of handling,inspection and precaution of the pollution,which will be very helpful to the elimination of pollution in the lab and guarantee the accuracy and reliability of the experimental results.
