    本试验主要选用吉林省主栽亚麻品种进行组织培养,均获得了再生植株。研究结果:吉亚4号无菌苗下胚轴上半部分不定芽诱导率为47%,下半部分不定芽诱导率达到90%;IAA对不定芽状态影响明显,1.0 mg/L为适宜浓度,与0.5 mg/L BA组合外植体玻璃化现象较轻,不定芽诱导率为100%,约2 cm高不定芽转到生根培养基,再生植株移栽成活率为80%。不同亚麻品种诱导不定芽能力差别不大,诱导率均可以达到90%以上,但是不同品种外植体培养过程中玻璃化程度有差异,玻璃化外植体诱导的不定芽呈玻璃化状态,不能正常生长。

    Abstract:

    Tissue culture and regeneration of the main cultivars of flax in Jilin province was investigated in this study and regenerated plants were obtained.Research results were for cultivar’Jiya No.4’,adventitious buds regenerated from upper and lower part of hypocotyls derived from sterile seedlings with a ratio of 47% and 90%,respectively.The bud status was affected by IAA.The optimal concentration of IAA was 1.0mg/L.100% of adventitious bud induction rate and less vitrification rate of explants was gotten on medium with 1.0mg/l IAA and 0.5mg/l 6-BA.Shoots regenerated was moved to rooting medium when they grow to approximate 2cm,and 80% of the regenerated plants survived when they were transplanted to soil.There was no significant difference among different cultivars and the adventitious bud rate could up to 90%.However,vitrification rate were rather different among varieties and the shoots from vitrified explants were vitrified and could not grow normally.
