    本实验以辣椒优良品种的种子为试验材料,接种在MS培养基上培养无菌苗,再分别以无菌幼苗的子叶、胚轴、根为外植体,接种在添加有不同浓度6-BA和2,4-D的MS培养基上进行愈伤组织诱导。结果表明:以下胚轴为外植体,诱导的愈伤组织质量最好和出愈率最高,愈伤组织诱导的适宜培养基为MS+6-BA0.5mg/L+2.4-D2.0 mg/L。

    Abstract:

    In this experiment,seeds of fine pepper variety were used as test material and they were cultured on MS medium to get aseptic seedlings.Then the cotyledon,hypocotyl and root of aseptic seedlings were adopted as explants and cultured on MS medium with different concentrations of 6-BA and 2,4-D to induce callus.The results showed that the quality and induction rate of callus were better when hypocotyl was used as explants.The optimum medium of callus induction was MS + 0.5mg/L 6-BA + 2.0mg/L 2,4-D.
