‘Jiza 131’ is a fine grain sorghum hybrid bred by Crop Resource Research Institute,Jilin Academy of Agricultural Sciences in 2006.Its female parent is introduced sorghum sterile line TAM428A and male parent is restorer line JiR5062.This hybrid has good plant morphology that leaves are narrow and holding up.Meanwhile,it has other good characters,such as good uniformity,higher of yield stability,widely adaptability,strong drought resistance,resistances to leaf disease and lodging.
