    摘要:

    对不同抗性枣品种组培苗嫁接接种前后叶片内源激素含量进行的高效液相色谱分析结果表明,枣各抗病品种比敏感品种内源游离IAA含量水平高,不同抗性的枣品种接种病原后较健康对照含量低,且都存在极显著差异。枣敏感品种内源ZT含量水平高于抗病品种,且有至少5%差异水平。接种后较接种前内源ZT含量水平提高,且达到了极显著水平。

    Abstract:

    The result of HPLC to the endogenous hormone in different jujube varieties fore-and-aft inoculated the phytoplasma indicated that the content of IAA in the resistant materials was higher than that in the sensitive varieties and the difference reached significant level,while different resistances inoculated pathogeny contained lesser IAA than the healthy CK and the difference was also remarkable.The content of ZT in the sensitive jujubes was higher than that in resistant species and the difference reached 5% significance.The content of ZT in jujube inoculated was higher than the one not inoculated and the difference reached remarkable level.
