Hebei province is the major pear product area of China,which product and plant area is the most in China.Although the export volume has been raised year by year since 2002,but the quantity is still very low.According to the statistics from Customs Information Network,the export volume is less than 4% of production in 2011,and the quantity exported through Shijiazhuang customs is less than 3%.In the past,researches on pear export competitiveness have focused on the comparison between China and other countries,while the comparison between Hebei and other provinces is few.This paper choose pear export data of Hebei Province in recent three years to measure international market share,revealed comparative advantage coefficient,export advantage variation coefficient,and export dependence and export contribution rate.Comprehensive competition ability of Hebei pear export was evaluated using factor analysis method.
