秸秆纤维素降解菌的分离及筛选初探

    摘要:

    从常年堆放秸秆垛下面的土壤及腐烂的秸秆中筛选出6株降解纤维素能力较强的菌株,并对这6株菌进行滤纸(FPA)酶活和羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)酶活的测定。其中X-3、X-4、X-5菌的酶活最佳,X-3的FPA和CMC酶活分别为2.69 U/mL、33.28%;X-4的FPA和CMC酶活分别为24.70U/mL、60.55U/mL;X-5的FPA和CMC-Na酶活分别为9.06U/mL、44.91U/mL,该3株菌株在7 d内对秸秆的降解率高达39.35%、44.38%和52.40%,根据X-3、X-4、X-5的菌落及个体形态特征,初步判定X-3、X-5为唐氏木霉。

    Abstract:

    Six strains having good ability of degrading the cellulose were prepared by screening from soil and rotted straw,then,the PFA enzyme activity and CMC enzyme activity of the six strains were determined.The results showed that X-3,X-4,X-5 had the maximum activity,the FPA and CMC of X-3 were 2.69 U/ml and 33.28%,the FPA and CMC of X-4 were 24.70 U/ml and 60.55 U/ml,the FPA and CMC of X-5 were 9.06U/ml and 44.91U/ml.The degradation rate of the straw of X-3,X-4,X-5 in 7days were 39.35%,44.38% and 52.40%.According to characters of colony and single bacteria,it was preliminary determined that X-3 and X-5 belong to Trichoderma koningii.
