In this study, five transgenic soybean lines and two non-transgenic soybean lines were used as materials to conduct a standard germination examination under four salt concentrations using the method of sand culture. The germination ability and seedling growth were tested and salt tolerance of different transgenic lines was screened. The genomic DNA of transgenic plant lines was extracted from young leaves to detect the target gene by using PCR technology. The results showed that at same temperature conditions, the germination rates of transgenic plant lines under salt condition were higher than that of non-transgenic lines. Lines of ’BADH- 14’,’BADH- 17’ and ’CMO- 5’ show better salt tolerance than their recipient ’Jinong 17’.
