    本试验研究了不同用量有机肥对水果玉米产量和品质的影响。结果表明,有机肥可以明显促进水果玉米茎粗、总叶片数和地上部干物质量的增加,延缓叶片衰老,促进生育后期物质积累,从而增加单位面积穗数、穗粒数和千粒重,且效果随有机肥用量的增加而增强;各处理鲜粒产量间差异显著;15 t/hm2与45 t/hm2处理千粒重差异不显著,但显著高于0 t/hm2;45 t/hm2处理的穗粗、鲜穗重显著高于0 t/hm2、15 t/hm2;45 t/hm2处理的子粒可溶性糖、淀粉、蛋白质含量显著高于0 t/hm2;有机肥还可以改善水果玉米的吃味,提高商品价值。

    Abstract:

    The effects of different organic fertilizer application rates on the yield and quality of fruit corn were studied in this experiment. The results showed that the organic fertilizer increased steam diameter, total leaf number and dry matter of aboveground part, delayed the senescence of leaf, promoted the material accumulation in late stage. Therefore, the ear number per unit area, grains per ear and 1000-grain weight increased. The effect was enhanced with the increase of organic fertilizer application rate. The difference of fresh yield among all treatments was significant. The difference of 1000-grain weight under treatments of 15 t/hm2and 45 t/hm2was not significant, but the 1000-grain weight was significantly higher than the treatment of 0 t/hm2.The ear diameter and ear weight under the treatment of 45 t/hm2were significantly higher than the treatments of 0 t/hm2and 15 t/hm2. The content of soluble sugar, starch and protein in fruit corn seed under the treatment of 45 t/hm2were also significantly higher than the treatment of 0 t/hm2.The organic fertilizer can also improve the taste of fruit corn so that it can increase its commodity value.
