    摘要:

    为了探讨西葫芦叶片SPAD值与叶绿素含量之间的相关性,采用SPAD叶绿素仪和酒精-丙酮浸提法对西葫芦叶片的叶绿素含量及SPAD值进行测定。结果表明,4种西葫芦叶片的叶绿素a、叶绿素b和总叶绿素含量与SPAD值的相关性均为极显著。就SPAD值与叶绿素a的相关性而言,板栗西葫芦的最佳数学模型为y=0.8252e0.0109x(r=0.8057**),盛玉306的最佳数学模型为y=0.2719e0.0344x(r=0.8854**);丰抗早的最佳数学模型为y=0.6186e0.0173x(0.7831**);香蕉西葫芦的最佳数学模型为y=0.9181 ln(x)-2.1481(r=0.7901**)。就SPAD值与叶绿素b的相关性而言,板栗西葫芦的最佳数学模型为y=0.6069e0.0081x(r=0.7845**);盛玉306的最佳数学模型为y=0.6069e0.0081x(r=0.6473**);丰抗早的最佳数学模型为y=0.4712e0.0129x(r=0.7868**);香蕉西葫芦的最佳数学模型为y=0.7384 ln(x)-1.886 9(r=0.8357**)。就SPAD值与叶绿素总含量的相关性而言,板栗西葫芦的最佳数学模型为y=1.4989e0.009x(r=0.8095**);盛玉306的最佳数学模型为y=0.5225e0.0309x(r=0.8200**);丰抗早的最佳数学模型为y=1.0843e0.0156x(r=0.7989**);香蕉西葫芦最佳数学模型为对数函数y=1.6565 ln(x)-4.0349(r=0.8154**)。

    Abstract:

    To investigate the correlation between leaf SPAD value and chlorophyll content of squash,leaf SPAD value and chlorophyll content were determined by SPAD chlorophyll meter and alcohol-acetone extraction respectively. Results showed that there was extremely significant correlation among chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll content and SPAD value in the four squash varieties. In terms of the correlation between SPAD and chlorophyll a, the optimal mathematical model for ‘Banli summer squash’, ‘Shengyu306’, ‘Fengkangzao’, and ‘Xiangjiao summer squash’was y = 0.8252 e0. 0109 x(r = 0.8057 **), y = 0.2719 e0. 0344 x(r= 0.8854 **), y = 0.6186 e0. 0173 x(0.7831 **), y = 0.9181 ln(x)-2.1481(r = 0.7901 **). In terms of the correlation between SPAD and chlorophyll b, the optimal mathematical model for ‘Banli summer squash’, ‘Shengyu 306’, ‘Fengkangzao’, and ‘Xiangjiao summer squash’was y=0.6069 e0. 0081 x(r=0.7845**), y=0.6069 e0.0081x(r=0.6473**), y=0.4712 e0.0129 x(r=0.7868**), y=0.7384 ln(x)-1.8869(r=0.8357**). In terms of the correlation of SPAD value and chlorophyll content of total, the optimal mathematical model for ‘Banli summer squash’, ‘Shengyu 306’, ‘Fengkangzao’, and ‘Xiangjiao summer squash’was y=1.4989e0. 009 x(r=0.8095**), y=0.5225e0.0309 x(r=0.8200**), y=1.0843e0.0156 x(r=0.7989**), y=1.6565ln(x)-4.0349(r=0.8154**).
