    硝酸盐极易在叶菜类蔬菜体内积累,过量摄取硝酸盐对人体健康存在威胁。光照是植物硝酸盐积累的重要影响因子,试验以光杆茼蒿为试材,研究不同遮光强度(100%、70%、50%、30%自然光)对其生长过程中硝酸盐积累的影响,旨在为叶菜类蔬菜安全生产提供理论依据。结果表明,遮光强度越强,硝酸盐积累越多,叶绿素、根系活力和硝酸还原酶活性越低。因此在实际生产中,改善光照条件是关键,必要时可进行人工补光来降低蔬菜硝酸盐含量。

    Abstract:

    Nitrates can easily accumulate in leafy vegetables. Excessive intake of nitrate is a threat to human health. Light is an important influence factor of nitrate accumulation in plants. Using polished rod crowndaisy chrysanthemum as experiment materials, the effect of different light intensity(100%, 70%, 50%,30% natural light) on nitrate accumulation in the process of their growth were studied to provide theoretical basis for safety of the leaf vegetables production. The results showed that when the shading was stronger, accumulation of nitrate was more, but chlorophyll, root activity and nitrate reductase activity was lower. Therefore,in actual production, improve lighting conditions is the key. If necessary, artificial light should be added to reduce the nitrate content of vegetables.
