Farmer specialized cooperatives is the important organization of the farmers becoming rich. In recent years, with the speeding up of adjustment of rural industrial structure and agricultural industrialization pace, farmer specialized cooperatives developed very well, but there are also some restricting factors.Some measures should be adopted to further promote its development in Jilin Province to boost agricultural efficiency and increase peasant’ income.
