The subjects of typical cultivated land transfers（mainly including large grain production peasant households,cooperatives and agricultural enterprises and farmers） in Jilin province were investigated.The farmers’ willingness including the loss of land intention,compensation will,re-employment intention and long-term security will were analyzed in the paper.The results showed that most of the farmers of cultivated land transfer out were satisfaction on the land rent.But in addition to rent,they basically gained no other compensation,and had widespread concern about their future land rights and interests.More than 80%of the farmers had the re-employment behavior after the transfer out of land.In view of the above situation,four policy suggestions were put forward,which including implementing the rural land contract system,setting the system line of land transfer,exploring the scale of land circulation base on planting grain and perfecting the rural social security system.
