    以西兰花(Brassica oleracea L.var.italica Planc)为试验材料,采用叶面喷施K2SiO3的方法,研究了硅对不同浓度铬胁迫下西兰花幼苗地上部分生长和铬积累量的影响。结果表明,50 mg·L-1铬胁迫处理促进了西兰花的生长,西兰花幼苗的苗高、单株鲜重、SOD活性、POD活性等均较对照提高,MDA含量降低;当铬浓度超过100 mg·L-1后,随铬处理浓度的增加,西兰花的苗高、单株鲜重及SOD活性、POD活性等均逐渐降低,MDA含量增加。由统计分析可知,Cr6+胁迫显著影响西兰花生长的浓度为100 mg·L-1。1~100 mg·L-1Cr6+可有效促进植株对Cr6+吸收与积累,但200 mg·L-1 Cr6+处理西兰花对铬的吸收量减少。喷施1.5 mmol·L-1K2SiO3处理后明显提高了西兰花幼苗的苗高、单株鲜重以及SOD、POD活性,降低了MDA含量和铬的积累,减轻了铬胁迫对西兰花的毒害。

    Abstract:

    The effects of Si on the growth and Chromium accumulation of broccoli(Brassica oleracea L. var.italica Planc)seedlings under the different concentration of Chromium stress were studied with the method of K2 Si O3foliar spraying. The results showed that 50 mg·L-1 Chromium stress promoted the growth of broccoli, which the seed-ling height, fresh weight per plant, SOD activity and POD activity increased and MDA content decreased. But theseedling height, fresh weight per plant, SOD activity and POD activity decreased and MDA content increased withthe chromium concentration increased when the chromium concentration was more than 100 mg·L-1. Statistical analysis showed that the concentration of chromium which significantly affected the growth of broccoli was 100 mg·L-1.The Cr6+ absorption in 1-100 mg·L-1 Cr6+ treatments were promoted, but inhibited in 200 mg·L-1 Cr6+ treatment. 1.5mmol·L-1 K2 Si O3treatment could significantly promoted the seedling height, fresh weight per plant, SOD activityand POD activity of broccoli under the Chromium stress, inhibited the MDA content and chromium accumulationthereby reducing the poisoning of Chromium stress on broccoli.
