[Aims] In order to clarify impact of 5 herbicides on spore germination of 2 types of parasitic Beauve-ria bassiana. [Methods] Following pesticides guidelines for laboratory bioactivity tests part 1: determining fungicideinhibition of pathogen spore germination. [Results] Compared with several other herbicides（atrazine, fluroxypyr andclopyralid）, s-metolachlor and mesotrione restrained 2 types of Beauveria bassiana more significantly. Fluroxypyrand clopyralid showed little influence on it, and Atrazine demonstrated significant influence against the CK. [Conclusions] Beauveria bassiana should be separated from herbicide when it be stored and used, especially dividedfrom s-metolachlor, mesotrione and atrazine.
