    摘要:

    以黄瓜、黑籽南瓜和白籽南瓜种子为试材,研究不同浓度的苯甲酸对种子露白率、胚根长度、胚根弯曲度、胚根直径及种子活率的影响。结果表明:随着苯甲酸浓度的增加,种子露白率、胚根长度和种子活率均呈下降趋势,且黄瓜降低的最明显,其次是白籽南瓜,最后是黑籽南瓜;种子的弯曲度和胚根直径则呈现上升趋势,黄瓜增加的最明显,其次是白籽南瓜,最后是黑籽南瓜。总之,黑籽南瓜受到苯甲酸的危害程度低,其次是白籽南瓜,受到苯甲酸危害最大的是黄瓜。

    Abstract:

    Effects of benzoic acid on seed germination rate, root length, root diameter, root curvature and seedviability of cucumber and pumpkin was investigated. The results showed that with the increasing of the benzoic acidconcentration, seed germination rate, radicle length and seed viability declined, and Cucumis sativas decreased themost obvious, followed by cucurbita moschata, finally was cucurbita f1 cifolia. The bending angle of seeds and theroot diameter increased, Cucumis sativas increased the most, followed by cucurbita moschata, finally was cucurbitaf1 cifolia. So benzoic acid does more harmful to Cucumis sativas, then is cucurbita moschata, finally is cucurbita f1ci-folia.
