    1日龄百日鸡200只随机分成4组,Ⅰ~Ⅳ组日粮分别添加0,0.05%,0.25%和0.45%的竹叶黄酮,试验期28 d,试验结束时心脏采血测定血清部分生化指标。结果显示:不同剂量的竹叶黄酮能极显著降低血清葡萄糖(GLU)、甘油三酯(TG)含量(P<0.01);中剂量可极显著提高总蛋白(TP)、球蛋白(GLB)含量和降低白蛋白/球蛋白比值(P<0.01)。添加竹叶黄酮不同程度地降低血清谷草转氨酶、r-谷氨酰转移酶(GGT)、肌酸激酶(CK)和提高碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活力,显著降低血清尿素(UREA)和尿酸(UA)含量(P<0.01,P<0.05)。低剂量还可显著降低血清肌酐(Cre)(P<0.05),钙(Ca)和镁(Mg)含量(P<0.05,P<0.01)。除血清蛋白、碱性磷酸酶外,竹叶黄酮对其他可调节指标以降低作用为主。

    Abstract:

    200 one-day-old Bairi chickens were divided into 4 groups randomly, and they were fed with diet added Bamboo Leaf Flavonoids(BLF)at 0, 0.05 %, 0.25% and 0.45% respectively for 28 days. At the end of the experiment, blood samples were collected from hearts of chickens in order to determine part biochemical indexes. The results indicated that contents of glucose and triglycerides decreased very significantly(P<0.01) by the differentdose of BLF. As for middle dose of BLF, contents of total protein and globulin increased, while the ratio of albumin /globulin decreased very significantly(P<0.01). The activity of glutamic oxalocetie transaminase, r-glutamyl transfer-ase, and creatine kinase decreased, while the activity of alkaline phosphatase increased at different degree as wellas the contents of urea and uric acid in serum decreased significantly(P<0.01, P<0.05) by adding BLF. As for lowdose of BLF, the contents of creatinin, Ca and Mg in serum decreased significantly(P<0.05, P<0.05, P<0.01). Besides serum protein and ALP, other adjustable indexes in serum could be reduced by BLF.
