    利用苗期反复干旱胁迫法,调查了18份绿豆品种资源在干旱胁迫下的表现,采用隶属函数值法综合评价其耐旱性,结果筛选出洮98502、冀绿2号、吉绿11号、吉绿9号为耐旱型(R)种质,耐旱中间型(MR)、耐旱敏感型(S)种质各7份。对干旱胁迫下性状与耐旱平均隶属函数值进行了相关分析,结果表明总根长、根干重、植株干重与平均隶属函数值呈极显著正相关。因此,在反复干旱胁迫下,总根长、根干重、植株干重可以作为绿豆苗期耐旱性鉴定的指标。

    Abstract:

    The performances of 18 mungbean germplasm were investigated with repeat drought stress at seed-ling stage. Four kinds of drought tolerance of mungbean germplasm resources were screened by subordinative func-tion analysis. The resistant type included ‘Tao 98502’, ‘Jilü 2’, ‘Jilü 11’, ‘Jilü 9’. 7 accessions were identified asmoderately resistant and 7 were susceptible types. Under repeat drought stress, total root length, root dry weight andplant dry weight were significantly positive correlated with subordinative values. So the total root length, root dryweight and plant dry weight were recommended as drought tolerance index for screening germplasm resources ofmungbean at seedling stage.
