    摘要:

    为了快速大量繁育欧李苗木,尝试采用离体繁殖方法进行繁育。该试验以欧李茎尖为外植体,研究了在诱导阶段不同培养基配方对其愈伤组织诱导及分化的影响。结果表明愈伤组织诱导培养基以MS+KT0.6 mg/L配方较好,诱导率可达62%;愈伤组织分化选用MS+KT 0.5 mg/L+IBA 0.2 mg/L或MS+KT 1.0 mg/L+IBA0.2 mg/L培养基均较好,分化率可达80%,且能较早完成分化,并且分化不定芽数量较多。

    Abstract:

    In order to propagate large amount of seedlings of Cerasus humilis rapidly, we try to using propaga-tion methods in vitro. In the test, taking shoot-tips as explants, the effects of different media formulations on the cal-lus induction and differentiation were researched in the induction phase. The results showed that MS + 0.6 mg/L KTwas the best medium for callus induction, and the induction rate reached 62%. MS + 0.5 mg/L KT + 0.2 mg/L IBAor MS + 1.0 mg/L KT + 0.2 mg/L IBA could be chosen as the medium for callus differentiation, the differentiationrate reached 80%, and the differentiation completed earlier, and larger number of adventitious buds differentiated.
