    摘要:

    以人参连作土壤为研究材料,研究了不同微生物菌剂对人参连作土壤酶活性的影响。结果表明:人参连作土壤酶的活性随着益生元重茬剂、哈茨木霉菌剂、"5406"菌剂和多粘芽孢杆菌剂的浓度升高而增强,但是施入过高浓度的菌剂却抑制了人参连作土壤酶的活性。施入5 g/m2哈茨木霉菌剂(B1)和2 g/m2多粘芽孢杆菌剂(D2)人参连作土壤蔗糖酶活性较高,与对照相比,土壤蔗糖酶活性分别提高了76.07%和65.91%。而施入5 g/m2哈茨木霉菌剂(B1)和100 g/m2"5406"菌剂(C3)人参连作土壤中过氧化氢酶、酸性磷酸酶的活性较其他2种菌剂的高。综合考虑土壤中酶的活性,在人参连作的时候,建议施入5 g/m2哈茨木霉菌剂,以提高人参连作土壤中的关键酶活性。

    Abstract:

    Take the soil in Panax ginseng continuous cultivating field as research objects, the effects of differentmicrobial agents on soil enzymes were studied. The result showed: the soil activities in P. ginseng continuous culti-vating field increased with the increasing concentration of Prebiotics Cropping Agent, Hartz trichoderma Agent,"5406"Agent and Bacillus Agent, but the soil activities reduced with the higher concentration of the agents. Thesoil sucrase activities were higher when the Hartz trichoderma Agent of 5 g/m2(B1) and Bacillus Agent of 2 g/m2(D2)were used in the P. ginseng continuous cultivating field, which increased 76.07% and 65.91% compare withCK, respectively. In addition, the catalase and acid phosphatase activities were higher than others when the Hartz trichoderma Agent of 5 g/m2 and"5406"Agent of 100 g/m2(C3) were used. Considering the soil activities, the Hartz trichoderma Agent of 5 g/m2(B1) is recommended in the P. ginseng continuous cultivating field in order to in-crease the soil activity.
