    为探讨梨杂交亲本对后代早果性的影响,以期为我国梨杂交育种亲本选择与选配提供理论依据,对本课题7个杂交组合后代群体始果年龄及不同苗龄结果单株数量进行了调查、统计和分析。结果显示,多个组合杂种苗4年生时便开始结果,但比例较低不到5.0%;而大香水×蜜梨,小香水×蜜梨杂种5年生时才开始结果;8年生时,除小香水×鸭梨略高外,其余各组合的杂种结果单株比例均不到50.0%,表明寒地梨育种完成一个组合果实性状评价至少需要10年时间。杂种始果年龄没有质的显隐性关系,呈连续的量的变化,表现为早果性由多基因控制,呈数量性状遗传。以结果早(营养期短)的品种为杂交亲本时,可产生早结果的后代,结果晚(营养期长)的亲本其后代结果也晚。三个父本品种对后代早结果的倾向为:鸭梨>蜜梨>慈梨,三个母本品种对后代早结果的倾向为:苹果梨>小香水>大香水。

    Abstract:

    In order to discuss the effect of pear parent selection and crosses on the F1early-bearing ability, hopingfor providing the theory basis for parent selection and crosses of pear crossbreeding in our country, the fruit-bearingage of hybrid progenies of 7 hybrid combinations was investigated and statistic analyzed. The results showed that F1 progenies of multiple hybrid combinations bear fruit at 4 years old, but the proportion is low and less than 5.0%.However, F1 progenies of Daxiangshui×Mili pear and Xiaoxiangshui×Mili pear bear fruit at 5 years old. At 8 yearsold, the fruit-bearing rate of F1 progenies are all less than 50.0% except Xiaoxiangshui×Yali pear, which indicatedthat fruit evaluation completion of one pear hybrid combination in cold region needs at least 10 years. The fruit-bearing age of F1 progenies is not qualitative dominant-recessive relationship and shows a continuous variation, andit belongs to quantitative character and under polygenic control. The early-bearing(short vegetative phase) parentscan produce early bearing seedlings, while the late-bearing(long vegetative phase) parents produce the late bearingseedlings too. The heritability of early-bearing ability of paternal parent to their F1 progenies is: Yali pear > Milipear > Cili pear, and of three maternal parent is: Apple-pear > Xiaoxiangshui > Daxiangshui.
