番茄溃疡病病原细菌对5种药物敏感程度的研究

    摘要:

    目前国内鲜有关于番茄溃疡病菌对药物敏感程度的研究报道,本研究针对19株溃疡病菌对5种药剂的敏感性进行了测定,结果表明,19株菌全部对络氨铜和噻菌铜表现耐药,73.68%的菌株对氢氧化铜表现耐药,78.95%的菌株对0.1%溴硝醇溶液表现高度敏感,94.74%的菌株对链霉素表现高度敏感,说明目前使用链霉素防治番茄溃疡病的效果要远远好于铜制剂和溴硝醇;抗药菌株的出现,说明溃疡菌对药剂已经产生了抗性,对铜制剂的抗药性最强。

    Abstract:

    At the present, there are rare relevant studies regarding tomato ulcer bacteria sensitivity to drugs. The sus-ceptibility of 19 strains of ulcer bacteria to 5 kinds of drugs was determined in the study. The results showed that all19 strains of bacteria showed tolerance to Cuaminosulfate and Thiodiazole copper, seventy three point sixty eightpercent strains of bacteria showed tolerance to Copper hydroxide, seventy eight point ninty five percent of the strainswas highly sensitive to 0.1% 2-Bromo-2-nitro-1, 3-propanediol, ninty four point seventy four percent of the strainswas highly sensitive to streptomycin. Therefore, the effect of streptomycin was far better than the effect of copperagents and Bronopol for prevention and cure of tomato canker. The emergence of resistant strains showed that the ul-cer bacteria resistance has occurred, and the strongest resistance was to copper preparation.
