    摘要:

    以高代自交系"东农11537"番茄幼苗为试验材料,通过叶面喷施不同浓度的脱落酸,在筛选出适宜浓度为200μL/LABA的基础上,进一步探讨外源喷施ABA对番茄幼苗抗冷性的影响。结果表明,在200μL/L的ABA预处理番茄幼苗后,随冷处理时间延长,叶片内脯氨酸、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量均逐渐升高,在同一时期的抗氧化酶活性和叶绿素含量高于CK,而MDA含量低于CK。冷胁迫下两组叶片中抗冷相关基因CBF1SLCZFP1SLCMYB1LENLP4的表达量都出现上升趋势,其中SLCMYB1LENLP4两个基因在ABA预处理后表达量上升显著高于CK,经ABA预处理的幼苗能够促进冷胁迫相关基因的表达并提高其抗冷性。

    Abstract:

    Alleviating effect of exogenous ABA on low temperature stress was further elucidated on the basis of find-ing suitable ABA mass concentration in tomato seedlings, by foliar-spraying with different mass concentration ofABA, taking the seedlings of tomato‘Dongnong 11537’as test materials. The results showed that after treatmentwith 200 μL/L ABA, the contents of proline and soluble sugar and soluble protein were up-regulated as the time ex-tended and the activities of the antioxidant enzyme and chlorophyll content were also significantly higher than CK atthe same time. However, the content of MDA was significantly lower than CK. The tendency of CBF1SLCZFP1SLCMYB1LENLP4 all showed increasing trend, but the expression level of SLCMYB1, LENLP4 in treatment with thesuitable ABA was higher than CK. The study found that the ABA pretreatment of tomato seedlings can promote theexpression of cold-related genes and to improve the cold resistance.
