    以米糠为原料,在单因素试验的基础上,采用二次通用旋转组合设计方法,研究碱性过氧化氢提取阿拉伯木聚糖过程中,NaOH浓度、H2O2浓度和温度3个因素对其得率的影响。结果表明,最佳提取工艺为NaOH浓度0.72mol/L,H2O2浓度1.25%,提取温度为66℃,在此条件下阿拉伯木聚糖的得率为23.47%,其纯度为66.31%。

    Abstract:

    Using rice bran as materials, effects of the concentration of NaOH, H2O2 concentration and temperatureon the yield of arabinoxylan were examined by means of quadratic general rotary unitized design of the single factortest. The results showed that the highest yield of arabinoxylan was got when the concentration of NaOH was 0.72mol/L and H2O2 concentration was 1.25% at temperature of 66℃. Under this conditions, the yield of arabinoxylanwas 23.47%, and its purity was 66.31%.
