    摘要:

    为筛选安全高效的防治药剂,选择2.5%联苯菊酯EC、0.3%苦参碱AS、0.5%印楝素EC、1.6%狼毒素EC、1.5%除虫菊素EW进行田间药效试验。结果表明,2.5%联苯菊酯EC 5 000倍、1.6%狼毒素EC 600倍、0.3%苦参碱AS 600倍、0.5%印楝素EC 500倍、1.5%除虫菊素EW 600倍药后7 d防效分别为86.42%、78.85%、70.06%、62.78%和59.53%,2.5%联苯菊酯EC 5 000倍、1.6%狼毒素EC 600倍防效显著高于其它药剂。从生态、安全和效益角度考量,推荐使用1.6%狼毒素EC 600倍进行大田防治。

    Abstract:

    In order to screen the safe and efficient insecticides, 2.5% Diphenthrin EC, 0.3% Matrine AS, 0.5% Azadirachtin EC, 1.6% Wolfish toxin EC, and 1.5% Pyrethrin EW were selected for field efficacy test. The results showed that 7 days after application, control effects of 2.5% Diphenythrin EC at 5 000 times, 1.6% Wolfish toxinEC, 0.3% Matrine AS at 600 times, 0.5% Azadirachtin EC at 500 times, 1.5% Pyrethrin EW at 600 times were 86.42%, 78.85%, 70.06%, 62.78% and 59.53%, respectively. The control effect of 2.5% Diphenthrin EC at 5 000 times and 1.6% Wolfish toxin EC at 600 times was significantly higher than other pesticides. From the perspective of ecology, safety and efficiency, 1.6% Wolfish toxin EC at 600 times was recommended for field control.
