    本文评估了分光光度法测定大豆中植酸含量结果的不确定度,建立了相应的数学模型,探讨了大豆中植酸测定过程中产生测量结果不确定度的来源,按照JJF1059-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》和《化学分析中不确定度的评估指南》的规定和要求,对测量结果的不确定度合成并扩展。结果表明,标准溶液配制、方法的回收率及标准工作曲线的拟合是合成不确定度的主要来源,当取置信概率95%,k=2时,计算出测量结果的扩展不确定度为0.957 2 mg/g,测定结果表示为(15.58±0.957 2) mg/g。

    Abstract:

    The uncertainty of the determination of phytic acid content in soybean by spectrophotometry was evaluated in the paper. A mathematical model was established and source of measurement uncertainty discussed. According to the requirement and method of Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement(JJF1059-2012),Guidance on Evaluating the Uncertainty in Chemical Analysis,the component uncertainties were synthesized and extended. The results showed that method recovery standard,solution preparation,fitted curve were the major factors of uncertainty. An expanded uncertainty of 0.957 2 mg/g was obtained at the confidence probability of 95% and coverage factor of 2,the results of determination of phytic acid of soybean was(15.58 ±0.957 2) mg/g.
