The big data logic of rural revitalization strategic planning and decision-making was established in the paper under the perspective of informatization, which is helpful to improve the scientific and efficiency of strategic planning and decision-making, and to promote the implement the rural digital strategy. From the data dimension, decision element dimension and process dimension, the decision-making and effect evaluation model of rural revitalization process based on "Big Data-Sanbiao Wisdom-System Analysis" was constructed. The relevant countermeasures for implementing the rural revitalization strategy under the big data logic were put forward.
