    为了探究丛枝菌根真菌(Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi,AMF)接种对镉(Cd)污染土壤中芹菜Cd耐受性及富集特征的影响并明确其作用机制,本研究以美国西芹"皇后"为试验材料,研究了5种不同的AMF地表球囊霉(Gv,Glomus versiforme)、根内球囊霉(Gi,Glomus intraradices)、摩西球囊霉(Gm,Glomus mosseae)、聚丛球囊霉(Ga,Glomus aggregetum)和幼套球囊霉(Ge,Glomus etunicatum)对Cd胁迫下芹菜生长、叶绿素含量、MDA含量、抗氧化酶活性及Cd富集与分配特征的影响。结果表明,Cd胁迫条件下,接种丛枝菌根真菌可显著促进芹菜生长(P<0.05),芹菜叶绿素含量、抗氧化酶活性(SOD、POD及CAT)显著提升(P<0.05),MDA含量显著降低(P<0.05);可明显促进芹菜Cd吸收,根部Cd含量、Cd滞留率及富集系数显著提升(P<0.05),茎叶部Cd含量、迁移率显著降低(P<0.05)。以接种根内球囊霉效果最佳,与未接种相比(CK),株高、茎粗、干重、叶绿素含量、抗氧化酶(SOD、POD及CAT)活性、根部Cd含量、滞留率、富集系数分别提升49.18%、50.74%、41.93%、18.63%、51.48%、48.19%、51.72%、117%、102.44%和117.78%,MDA含量、茎部Cd含量、叶部Cd含量及迁移率分别降低30.37%、36.42%、43.27%和71.19%。MDA含量与Cd胁迫程度相关性最大。本研究可以为芹菜耐Cd栽培及Cd污染土壤的修复利用提供一定的参考。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the effects of Arbuscular mycorrhizal Fungi(AMF) inoculation on the tolerance and accumulation characteristics of celery growing in the cadmium(Cd) pollution soil and clarify the mechanism, a celery cultivar ’ Huanghou’ was selected as experimental material and the effects of five different kinds of AMFs include Glomus versiforme(Gv), Glomus intraradices(Gi), Glomus mosseae(Gm), Glomus aggregetum(Ga) and Glomus etunicatum(Ge) on the plant growth, chlorophyll contents, MDA contents, activities of antioxidant enzyme, the accumulation and allocation pattern of Cd of celery plant under Cd stress were investigated. The results showed that under the Cd stress conditions, the growth of celery was significantly improved with AMF inoculation, the chlorophyll content and activities of antioxidant enzymes(SOD, POD, CAT) were significantly increased, but the MDA content was significantly decreased. Cd absorption of celery was significantly improved with AMF inoculation, the Cd content in root, retention rate(RR) and bioconcentration factor(BCF) were significantly increased, but the Cd content in stem and leaf, translocation factor(TF) were significantly decreased. The best effect of treatments was Glomus intraradices(Gi) inoculation, compared with CK. The plant height, stem diameter, dry weight, actives of antioxidant enzymes(SOD, POD, CAT), the Cd content in root, translocation factor(TF) and bioconcentration factor(BCF) were increased by 49.18%, 50.74%, 41.93%, 18.63%, 51.48%, 48.19%, 51.72%, 117%, 102.44% and 117.78%, but the MDA content, Cd content in stem, Cd content in leaf and translocation factor(TF) were decreased by 30.37%, 36.42%,43.27% and 71.19%. The MDA content had the greatest correlation with the degree of CD stress. The results can provide reference for Cd-tolerant cultivation of celery and remediation and utilization of Cd polluted soils.
