    摘要:

    本文将资源诅咒问题的研究领域由矿产资源转向耕地资源,从耕地资源丰裕度和耕地资源依赖度两个层面来验证耕地资源诅咒问题。以我国31个省区1995~2015年的面板数据为研究样本;运用空间面板数据模型,对耕地资源丰度与区域经济增长的关系及其传导机制进行了实证分析。结果表明:耕地资源丰裕度与经济增长呈显著正相关,不存在资源诅咒;但是,耕地资源依赖度存在明显的资源诅咒效应,即便在控制了影响经济增长的各变量后,这种效应依然显著;技术创新水平、对外开放程度、制造业投入和政府干预程度这四个因素成为了引发我国耕地资源诅咒效应的传导途径。

    Abstract:

    In this paper, the research field of resource curse is changed from mineral resources to cultivated land resources, and the cultivated land resource abundance and dependence are used to verify the curse of cultivated land resources. Taking the panel data of 31 provinces in China from 1995 to 2015 as the research sample, this paper uses the spatial panel data model to analyze the relationship between cultivated land resource abundance and regional economic growth and its transmission mechanism. The results show that: there is a significant positive correlation between the abundance of cultivated land resources and economic growth, and there is no resource curse. However,cultivated land resource dependence has obvious resource curse effect, which is still significant even after controlling the variables affecting economic growth. The level of technological innovation, the degree of opening to the outside world, the input of manufacturing industry and the degree of government intervention have become the transmission channels of the curse effect of cultivated land resources in China.
