In this paper, the characteristics of various cytotoxins, cytotoxic enzymes, and pyrogenic toxin superantigens（PTSAgs） and the regulatory system of virulence factors were summarized. The purpose is to provide theoreticalbasis and reference for the related research and prevention of Staphylococcus aureus food poisoning and pathogenicity.
