    为确定水稻高产栽培的种植密度,本研究以辽优5206为供试水稻品种,设置低(Low density,LD)、中(Medium density,MD)、高(High density,HD)三个栽培密度,研究不同栽培密度对水稻群体光合特性和产量的影响,以期调控栽培密度而获得高产。结果表明,随着栽培密度的增加,水稻叶片叶绿素含量、净光合速率和蒸腾速率均呈现下降的趋势,叶面积指数和胞间CO2浓度呈增加的趋势,气孔导度在不同的生育期表现不同。孕穗时期,MD相对HD和LD处理,拥有最高效的光合特性指标。同时,栽培密度对水稻的结实率和千粒重没有显著影响,对单位面积有效穗数和每穗总粒数影响显著,从而显著影响产量,中等密度(MD, 20×104穴/hm2),行株距为30 cm×16.7 cm时产量最高。综上所述,适宜的栽培密度有利于构建良好的水稻群体,获得高效的光合特性并增加产量。

    Abstract:

    In order to determine the planting density for high-yield cultivation of rice, Liaoyou 5206 was selected as the test rice variety in this study. Three planting densities: low density(LD), medium density(MD) and high density(HD) were set to study the effects of them on the photosynthetic characteristics and yield of rice population, so as to control the cultivation density and obtain high yield. The results showed that with the increase of planting density,chlorophyll content, net photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate decreased, leaf area index and intercellular CO2 concentration increased, stomatal conductance was different in different growth stages. At booting stage, MD had the most efficient photosynthetic characteristics compared with HD and LD treatments. Meanwhile, the cultivated density had no significant influence on the seed setting rate and 1 000-grain weight of rice, but had significant influence on the effective panicle number per unit area and total grain number per panicle, thus significantly affecting the yield. When planting in MD, the yield was the highest when the row spacing was 30 cm × 16.7 cm. In conclusion, appropriate planting density is conducive to the construction of a good rice population, high photosynthetic characteristics and increase yield.
