    摘要:

    依据JJF1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》和CNAS-GL-06《化学分析中不确定度的评估指南》,建立了分光光度法测定酸菜中亚硝酸盐含量的不确定度评定数学模型。分析测定过程中各不确定度的来源,计算各不确定度分量,合成相对不确定度和扩展不确定度。评定结果表明,分光光度法测定酸菜中亚硝酸盐含量平均值为6.21 mg/kg,扩展不确定度为0.322 mg/kg,取值结果为X=(6.21±0.322)mg/kg;不确定度的主要来源是标准曲线绘制,在测定酸菜中亚硝酸盐的过程中,选择标准曲线的相关系数r≥0.997。

    Abstract:

    According to JJF1059.1-2012 Evaluation and Expression of Measurement Uncertainty and CNAS-GL-06 Evaluation Guide of Uncertainty in Chemical Analysis, a mathematical model for the evaluation of uncertainty in the determination of nitrite in pickled cabbage by spectrophotometer was established. The sources of uncertainty in the process of measurement were analyzed, and the components of uncertainty were calculated, and the relative uncertainty and the expanded uncertainty were synthesized. The results showed that the mean value of nitrite in spectrophotometer was 6.21 mg/kg, the expanded uncertainty was 0.322 mg/kg, and the value was X(6.21±0.322) mg/kg.The main source of uncertainty is the drawing of standard curve. In the process of determining nitrite in pickled cabbage, the correlation coefficient r≥0.997 is selected.
