Abstract:The physiological changes and cold resistance of different strawberry varieties under low temperature stress were investigated. In 2018,four strawberry varieties were used as experimental materials to determine the REC, WSP content, Pro content, MDA content and SOD activity under low temperature stress. The results showed that with the decrease of stress temperature, the REC of strawberry leaves, the content of WSP, MDA and Pro content all increased, while SOD decreased. According to the semi-lethal temperature, the cold resistance performance of different strawberry varieties was ranked as: Saiwa>Sigongzhu>Ningyu>Fenjiaren. In the process of low temperature stress, cell membrane peroxidation intensified, MDA accumulates, electrolyte extravasates, Pro, WSP and other osmotic adjustment substances played different degrees of protection in different stages of stress.
